Krystal Davis is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (License #LF60312435) and a Child Mental Health Specialist in the State of Washington. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Washington and a Master’s of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University.
Krystal started working as a therapist in 2009 with a focus on working with individuals, couples, children, and families. These areas have comprised the majority of my clinical experience. She also have specialized training in evidenced based practices including Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT). I am also a Prepare and Enrich facilitator and I have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
Krystal’s passion has always been working with children, adolescents, and their families. She works with a variety of issues, including Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, academic challenges, behavioral issues, self-esteem, families going through transitions such as divorce, and family conflict and utilizes a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems theory, and experiential therapy.
Krystal’s therapeutic service focuses upon recognizing that people have unique needs, and she addresses these needs in a manner that best fits them. She wants to help those in need and provide people with unconditional support. Krystal’s goal is to be there to listen to her clients without judgment and provide them with the most respectful and helpful support that they deserve.
